Emphasis Photos

For these photos I took a photo of the object far away and close up. Changing something about it by highlighting it. On the clock my 2 is green. My pink bottle has yellow on it now. The button on the drinking fountain is now blue. Pepsi symbol is now blue purple and red. The arrow on my recycle bin is green.  All I had to do was lasso what i wanted to highlight and then paintbrush it that color.

Action Photos

For my action photos I took pictures of people doing something. Then once i imported them into photoshop  I lassoed the person I was going to blur, selected inverse, and began to pull away from the persons body with the blur tool. Creating a blurred affect.

Small Humans

To make my small people I took a full body picture of everyone in class and lassoed a different body part from each person. I put them together to make a totally new person. Then I flattened the photo and put in a background by lassoing my new person and copy and pasting them into the background so they looked like they were somewhere.

Collage

For this project I took pictures from different activities and uploaded them onto a blank file. I dragged them into a blank file. Once they were in my blank file I arranged them and rotated them so they would fit.  On some of them I added a text going different directions and was able to enlarge it and make it at a slant if I wanted to. There are many different styles of text that you can use. My first collage is pictures of  my brother and his soccer team when they were at the Iowa Games. My second collage is of photos of christmas this year. My third collage is of my cousins wedding. My fourth is of my dog Daisy.

Color Value

These are some examples of what color value looks like. To get this effect i had to marquee a section at a time and set the opacity to 50% and then use the paint brush to fill the selected space. I either started with a dark color and then went lighter or a light color and went darker. By making each section either a little darker or lighter than the previous one. My first photo is an under armour sign. most of my pictures are of people or some random things around my house.

Optical Illusions

For this project we made optical illusions and took pictures of them and changed the background or place of where the pictures were taken. I was able to do this by lassoing the people and then copying and pasting them onto a new background this was a simple procedure the difficult part was getting the people lined up so you could take the picture. My first picture is of a small person being stepped on. My second picture is of someone holding two people up on their arms. In my third picture there is someone jumping out of the top of a bowl in the kitchen. My forth picture shows two people in a gym with one person standing on the others shoulders. In my last picture if you look in the bottom right corner there is a stool and a small person is sitting on that stool.
